PlaneBriefing is designed around private aircraft studies and restrained data collection.

Information we process

We process account information, aircraft identifiers, documents you provide, and the study results needed to deliver the service. Uploaded records may contain personal information; only upload material you are authorized to use.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate you, resolve aircraft identity, process records, produce your study, secure the service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.

Cookies and browser storage

Anonymous marketing, legal, and sample pages do not load our authentication software, analytics, advertising, or session-recording tools. Signed-in pages use strictly necessary authentication state supplied by our identity provider.

Retention and deletion

Archived studies can be recovered for 30 days. After account deletion, a limited audit record may be retained for up to 90 days where required for security, abuse prevention, and entitlement integrity. Operational backups expire on their normal schedule.
